Our firm is led by David Terry, former president of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (OCDLA), a defense attorney with more than 30 years of experience. Mr. Terry’s litigation experience is significant, including more than 1,000 jury trials. Of the 1,000 trials he has tried, he has lost fewer than 30 — giving him a 97 percent success rate in trial. He has tried cases across western Oregon and knows how to prepare for every case in the most detailed way possible. He has a good rapport with local law enforcement and judges and is recognized for his trial advocacy.
